South African Customer Services Agreement

International Customer Services Agreement
For customers outside South Africa. Includes monthly and fixed billing terms, 30-day contractual notice where applicable, local mandatory consumer rights, domains, data handling and service remedies.
ONLINE ACCEPTANCE
Agreement at signup.
For an online order, customers should be required to actively accept the contractual documents before the order is submitted. HostAbby should retain the order, customer identity, selected service, billing term, acceptance timestamp and other available transaction evidence.
